    How it's different

    Flow Bands are made from soft, skin-friendly silicone designed to grip and glide along your fascia. Unlike foam rollers or generic resistance bands, they let you apply precise pressure, stretch, and shear — helping you release stuck tissue and reset movement patterns. The ergonomic handles make it easy to control your tension and flow, wherever your body needs it most.

    Fascia is the missing link in modern biomechanics — the connective web that distributes tension, coordinates movement, and supports full-body flow. When fascia is hydrated and responsive, the body moves with ease, elasticity, and integrity.
