A Full-Body Tuneup

Flow bands were developed to help you calm the nervous system, unwind tension, and open up into your fullest expression.

  • Stage 1: Restore

The body can only change when it feels safe. This stage is about bringing balance to the nervous system, focused on slow, simple movements to restore energy flows.

  • Stage 2: Unwind

We all have places of tension that cause pain. Gentle sustained pressure and self myofascial release can help us break down blocks in our tissues.

  • Stage 3: Express

The body is meant to be moved! This stage focuses on building mobility and strength in the ways you'd like to move & play in your body.

You've Got Questions?

We've Got Answers:

What exactly are Flow Bands?

Flow Bands are specialized resistance bands designed to release fascial tension, improve mobility, and help you move with ease. Think of them as a pocket-sized tool for deeper stretching and self-massage.

How do Flow Bands differ from regular resistance bands?

Unlike standard bands that focus mostly on strength training, Flow Bands target fascia—the connective tissue that affects flexibility and pain relief. Their material, design, and recommended techniques help optimize fascial health.

Who can use Flow Bands?

Almost anyone! Flow Bands are suitable for athletes, desk-bound professionals, yoga enthusiasts, or anyone seeking relief from tension and improved movement.

Do they help with pain relief?

Flow Bands can support pain relief by releasing tight fascia and improving circulation. They’re not a substitute for professional medical advice, but many users report reduced discomfort and enhanced mobility.

Do I need special training or experience to use them?

Not at all! Each set comes with simple instructions. Plus, we offer tutorials on our website to guide you through various stretches and exercises.

How do I clean and care for my Flow Bands?

A quick wipe-down with mild soap and water does the trick. Keep them away from direct sunlight, extreme cold or heat for extended periods to prolong their life.

Are they travel friendly?

Absolutely. Flow Bands are lightweight and compact, making them easy to throw in your bag for work, travel, or the gym.

Where did the idea come from?

The flow band was developed after years of experimenting with rehab equipment and ultimately inspired alongside training in the fascial maneuvers protocol by Human Garage. The Movements were refined with reference to the Fascia Training Academy knowledge base and advisement from clinical physical therapists. Read the full story on our About Page.

How often should I use my Flow Band?

It depends on your goals and schedule. Many people use them daily for quick self-massage, or before and after workouts to warm up and recover. Even just a few minutes a day can make a noticeable difference.
